Welcome to Webspirely. By engaging with our services, you agree to the terms outlined below. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and the services provided by Webspirely (“we,” “our,” or “us”).

1. Services Provided

We offer the following services:

  • WordPress website design and builds using Elementor

  • Website maintenance and updates

  • Website migration

  • Hosting (available only with a website we build)

We do not sell physical or digital products. All services are provided by a solo freelancer, though we may occasionally collaborate with trusted subcontractors.

2. Client Engagement & Agreements

Each project begins with a proposal and contract outlining the scope of work, timeline, and fees. These documents must be accepted before any work begins.

  • Turnaround Time: Typical delivery is between 1–6 weeks depending on project size.

  • Revisions: Each project includes up to three (3) rounds of revisions. Additional changes beyond that will be billed separately.

  • Cancellations: We do not currently have a formal cancellation or refund policy. If this changes, it will be reflected here.

3. Payments

  • Payments are made via invoice using QuickBooks.

  • Projects are invoiced upon agreement and must be paid in full prior to delivery of the final website.

  • No late fees are charged, but final work will not be delivered until full payment is received.

  • Pricing may be fixed or custom quoted, depending on the scope.

4. Ownership & Hosting

  • Once full payment is received, the completed website is fully owned by the client.

  • Hosting and domain services may be included as part of a package or arranged separately.

  • Ongoing maintenance, support, and updates are available under a separate service agreement.

5. Portfolio Rights

We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio, unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to the start of the project.

6. Privacy & Data Collection

We collect personal information via our website contact forms, including:

  • Name

  • Email address

  • Company name

  • Website URL

This information is used solely to respond to inquiries and provide our services. We do not share your data with third parties unless required to deliver the agreed-upon services or by law.

7. Jurisdiction

Webspirely is a U.S.-based business, legally registered in Florida. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

8. Third-Party Tools & Services

Webspirely may use third-party plugins, themes, or services as part of your website. We are not responsible for the long-term functionality, pricing, or policies of these external tools.

9. Future Changes

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes agreement to the updated terms.
